On 10/22/2026 JC had this to say:
I'm so pleased that I chose Heartland to repair my Chrysler Pacifica. I do not remember the name of the man who took care of everything at the office, but he was calm, spoke quietly, and answered my questions without being frustrated (this was the first time I had to have a vehicle in the shop. I was a little unsure what to do.) When the van had to be in the shop a few more days past the rental car agreement, he took care of it. I never had to deal with the insurance company or the car rental, Heartland took care if everything. But when I picked up the vehicle, it looked like a new van. It was detailed inside and out, besides the repair to the back passenger panel and bumper... and that repair was expert level. I was really impressed with everything but especially how the shop guys would come into the office and quietly and calmly speak to the office guy. No yelling coming from the service bay, just people doing the work. It was a great experience from start to finish! I highly recommend Heartland!

"I went in with a tail light assembly that needed to be installed. I tried to make an appointment and the gentleman at the front desk said he’d see if they’d take my vehicle now. Well they did and it took about 10 minutes! The price was also amazing!"
